Small Divergence Pure Red Copper Spheres Balls for Bearing Decoration
What is your lead time?
-- Our general lead time is 10-15 days but may extend during peak periods.
Is a deposit required?
--It depends on the price of the purchase. If it is over 10,000 o, then a deposit of 50% of the total sum is required in advance, and the rest could be paid before the products are finished.
If I re-size your designs, is there a price change?
--In most cases, varying the design will result in minimal variations in price. Customising would mean the cost of creating a new template, changes in laser cutting time, and re-formatting our machines usually contributes to a re-size fee.

Copper is the perfect conduit for heat and electricity, though balls or spheres made of copper are not recommended to the occasions or situations where they are exposed to corrosive liquids or appliances under high stress. These balls or spheres are , however, soft and sensitive to corrosion from various materials.
Copper balls or spheres of Foshan Dongyuan Company range from 6mm to 300mm, with 0.8mm in thickness. The most sought-for coppers fall under the category of accessories of clothings, footwear and jewelry. They are also of excellent quality and superb craftmanship. Welding is employed in the copper balls without a noticeable seam and could also be applied in many ways. And we believe they could also be employed for many fruitful uses.
Copper is a reddish coloured metal which is malleable and ductile. It has excellent thermal and electrical conductivities and good corrosion resistance. It is found in sulphide ores and as carbonate, arsenide and chloride (abundance in the Earth's crust is 50 ppm). Extraction of the metal involves roasting the ore to produce the oxide, followed by reduction and purification by electrolysis.
Pure copper has an electrical conductivity second only to that of silver and hence its main application is in the electrical industry.
Class | Copper (%) | Zinc (%) | Notes |
Alpha brasses | >65 | <35 | Alpha brasses are malleable, can be worked cold, and are used in pressing, forging, or similar applications. They contain only one phase, with face-centered cubic crystal structure. |
Alpha-beta brasses | 55–65 | 35–45 | Also called duplex brasses. Suited for hot working. It contains both α and β' phase; the β'-phase is body-centered cubic and is harder and stronger than α. Alpha-beta brasses are usually worked hot. |
Beta brasses | 50–55 | 45–50 | Can only be worked hot, and are harder, stronger, and suitable for casting. |
White brass | <50 | >50 | Too brittle for general use. The term may also refer to certain types of nickel silver alloys as well as Cu-Zn-Sn alloys with high proportions (typically 40%+) of tin and/or zinc, as well as predominantly zinc casting alloys with copper additive. |

Brass balls provide excellent resistance to corrosion by water. Brass has the ability to resist the corrosive effects of fuel oil, gasoline, butane, dry carbon dioxide, benzene, lime-sulphur mixture and similar chemical agents.
Austenitic:
Austenitic steels have austenite as their primary phase (face centered cubic crystal). These are alloys containing chromium and nickel (sometimes manganese and nitrogen), structured around the Type 302 composition of iron, 18% chromium, and 8% nickel. Austenitic steels are not hardenable by heat treatment. The most familiar stainless steel is probably Type 304, sometimes called T304 or simply 304. Type 304 surgical stainless steel is an austenitic steel containing 18-20% chromium and 8-10% nickel.
Ferritic:
Ferritic steels have ferrite (body centered cubic crystal) as their main phase. These steels contain iron and chromium, based on the Type 430 composition of 17% chromium. Ferritic steel is less ductile than austenitic steel and is not hardenable by heat treatment.
Martensitic:
The characteristic orthorhombic martensite microstructure was first observed by German microscopist Adolf Martens around 1890. Martensitic steels are low carbon steels built around the Type 410 composition of iron, 12% chromium, and 0.12% carbon. They may be tempered and hardened. Martensite gives steel great hardness, but it also reduces its toughness and makes it brittle, so few steels are fully hardened.
There are also other grades of stainless steels, such as precipitation-hardened, duplex, and cast stainless steels. Stainless steel can be produced in a variety of finishes and textures and can be tinted over a broad spectrum of colors.
