9. How to make a Stainless Steel Ball ?
01 Preparation
Selected stainless steel sheet will be prepared beforeproduction.
02 Stamping
In another machine with custom-made molds, these round sheets will be stamped into hemispheres.
03 Welding & Polishing
A hemisphere will be welded into a sphere and polished for several times carefully. In this procedure, a hemisphere will be handled manually.
04 Preparation & Welding
Various pieces of rectangular curved stainless steel sheets are welded piece by piece into a sphere or an angular sphere as the video shows.
05 Pumping
On one end of this sphere, there is a hole where gallons of water flow into, turning it into a sphere slowly and gradually. Also, the sphere will be smoothened by the pool of sand underneath according to a special mechanism.
06 Polishing
This sphere will be polished and handled carefully by using different polishing wheels.
