We offer a wide range of stainless steel world map globes from 400mm to 8000mm and more.
For instance, a 2000mm stainless steel globe is completed and will be transported as a whole without on-site assembly. Or for larger globes, such as 4000mm, they will be finished beforehand and then dissembled for international transport. A large-sized globe will later be cut into multiple pieces to minimize delivery charges, if shipping a whole globe is not desired due to high costs.
To assemble and restore a stainless steel globe with world map, you are required to use welding and polishing machine. For the world map, small-sized lands will be welded on the globe first, while some large-sized land might be detached from the globe, since the globe has been cut in pieces. Or large lands will be prepared in parts as well, and you will need to weld these parts on yourself. For welding large lands, you will need to bend and weld them onto the globe (the lands are bent already, but you need to bend them to the shape of the globe).
