According to the physical properties of the liner plate,the main parameters that affect anti-wear effect are matching rate between hardness and impact toughness , the higher the hardness of the material,the better anti-wear ability, and they may achieve a direct ratio,making the balls fall like waterfall and impact on the liner board in operation process.The impact strength is decided by the size of the steel balls and the cylinder.

Influence of design, manufacture and installation technology

Liner board had two function:the first one is cylinder protection, the other is to lift the steel ball to a demand height at a specific speed,making steel balls fall like a waterfall and achieve the ideal effect of grinding.If the quality of liner board is too poor and uneven,or is coarsely casted,when installation, misfit between liners and cylinders,substandard mechanical properties and chemical ingredients are all factors that affects the normal operation of the ball mill.
