Check in with this energy center like you did with the first chakra. Then repeat this process with the remaining chakra energy centers.
The next chakra is the solar plexus chakra located in your solar plexus. This chakra is yellow in color and is connected to your will, power, and drive. Next is the heart chakra located at your heart center. This chakra is green in color and connected to your emotions, compassion, and connection to others. Next is your throat chakra which is blue in color. The throat is connected to communication and self-expression. Next is the third eye chakra which is purple in color. This chakra is connected to intuition and foresight. Finally is the crown chakra which is white in color. This chakra is connected to spirituality and your connection to something higher than yourself.
