Austenitic:
Austenitic steels have austenite as their primary phase (face centered cubic crystal). These are alloys containing chromium and nickel (sometimes manganese and nitrogen), structured around the Type 302 composition of iron, 18% chromium, and 8% nickel. Austenitic steels are not hardenable by heat treatment. The most familiar stainless steel is probably Type 304, sometimes called T304 or simply 304. Type 304 surgical stainless steel is an austenitic steel containing 18-20% chromium and 8-10% nickel.
Ferritic:
Ferritic steels have ferrite (body centered cubic crystal) as their main phase. These steels contain iron and chromium, based on the Type 430 composition of 17% chromium. Ferritic steel is less ductile than austenitic steel and is not hardenable by heat treatment.
Martensitic:
The characteristic orthorhombic martensite microstructure was first observed by German microscopist Adolf Martens around 1890. Martensitic steels are low carbon steels built around the Type 410 composition of iron, 12% chromium, and 0.12% carbon. They may be tempered and hardened. Martensite gives steel great hardness, but it also reduces its toughness and makes it brittle, so few steels are fully hardened.
There are also other grades of stainless steels, such as precipitation-hardened, duplex, and cast stainless steels. Stainless steel can be produced in a variety of finishes and textures and can be tinted over a broad spectrum of colors.

SHIPPING
Modes of Shippment
Ground, Ship and Air
Ground:
Land or "ground" shipping can be by train or by truck. Ground transport is typically more affordable than air, but more expensive than sea especially in developing countries like India, where inland infrastructure is not efficient.
Shipment of cargo by trucks, directly from the shipper's place to the destination, is known as a door to door shipment and more formally as multimodal transport. Trucks and trains make deliveries to sea and air ports where cargo is moved in bulk.
Ship:
Much shipping is done aboard by actual ships. On rivers and canals, barges are often used to carry bulk cargo.
Air:
Cargo was transported by air in specialized cargo aircraft and in the luggage compartments of passenger aircraft. Air freight is typically the fastest mode for long distance freight transport, but also the most expensive.
Contrary to its name, stainless steel, metal, is valued for its anti-corrosion properties rather than its resistance to staining. It is an alloy composed primarily of iron—but when combined with other elements, it can achieve properties desirable for a range of applications. Chromium is the defining ingredient that makes stainless steel what it is, making up a minimum of 10.5 percent of total composition. Other common alloy ingredients include nickel, titanium, aluminum, copper, nitrogen, phosphorous and selenium.
304 widely used in the market. Used in iatrical instrument, chemical industry, avigation. Plastic hardware: scent bottles, sprayers, valves, nail polish, switches, washing machine, fridges, air condition, medicinal materials, automotive fittings, bearing, nursing bottle and so on. A representative of Austenitic. Nonmagnetic, but magnetic after rolling. Magnetism can be rid of, HRC ≤ 26. Antirust and anticorrosive. 304HC is softer and can be processed more easily than 304.
316 used in iatrical instruments, chemical industry, avigation, scent bottle, sprayer, valve, nail polish, mobile phone fittings. Austenitic. The best steel ball in the steel ball area, HRC ≤ 26. Better than 304. 316L is softer and more shinning than 316. Can be used in personal decoration.

Grade | Why it might be chosen instead of 316 |
316Ti | Better resistance to temperatures of around 600-900C is needed. |
316N | Higher strength than standard 316. |
317L | Higher resistance to chlorides than 316L, but with similar resistance to stress corrosion cracking. |
904L | Much higher resistance to chlorides at elevated temperatures, with good formability |
2205 | Much higher resistance to chlorides at elevated temperatures, and higher strength than 316 |

Step 1: Modeling
By utilizing blueprints or 3D drawings provided by our clients, we initiate the whole design by first using foam, fiber glass or clay as mold for the following procedures, depending on the size, shape, materials and so on.
Step 2: Engineering and Preparing Stainless Steel Sheet
High quality stainless steel is applied in the construction procedure, where we usually use standard AISI/SS 304 Stainless Steel due to its comparatively high cost-effectiveness and practicability among 201 and Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel Sheet, or specific materials mandated by our clients, say fiber glass or 316. Quality stainless steel is crucial to the whole project, and thus we will choose suitable materials with caution.
After the preparatory process, we will cut the chosen materials into pieces and then bend and shape them according to the mold with the help of certain tools and appliances, such as hammers and plasma cutter. During the process, every pieces of them will posses the rough shape and curve as per the presented design.
Step 3: Rebar within the Sculpture
It is critical to ensure the security of the design. Therefore, rebar or armature is going to made accordingly to fit into the sculpture or to be placed outside the sculpture so that it could within wind, snow, rain etc. It is usually made of steel.
Step 4: Further Enhancing and Polishing
This is the procedure where we are going to attain the exact replica of the design. Since the pieces of stainless steel sheet have been already entitled with the approximate outlook, they are going to be further re-modified, enhanced and honed to perfection.By using several tools and materials, the surface of the sculpture is mirror-polished to flawlessness.
Step 5: Packing
Specifically-tailored wooden box will keep the sculpture safe and intact during transport.
