Q1. What's your MOQ(minimum order quantity) for stainless steel ball?

1 piece of stainless steel ball sphere for common used size .

It depends on whether we have stock available.If yes,we can supply directly;

If no, we need MOQ to produce,you can check our relevant MOQ information stated to each model.

Q2.Can I request some stainless steel ball sample from you?

Sure,Please contact us to get sample .

We know that sometimes only image isn't enough to show the actual product quality .

For some small items we can provide free sample if you are willing to pay the express freight.

For larger sculpture/ balls you need to pay sample and express cost .

Q3.How long is the lead time for a steel ball sphere?

 Only  2~3days for small size ball with small quantity .The large items would be 2~3weeks.

Q4.What about the packing ? 

Usually we packed all the goods with PE form inside of a plastic bag, then packed in carton box, and finally protected by fumigation-free wooden box for larger size, and sometimes for huge items we would reinforce it with metal crate outside. 

Q5. What's your payment term ?

We accept both T/T and L/C payment . For small orders we also accept Western Union or Pay Pal payment .
