How do we proceed with hollow stainless steel spheres/balls?

After an order is placed, we will prepareproduction.As to these color gazing stainless steel hollow spheres, customers are required to decide size, thickness and color etc., or we could advise for them correspondingly.Once all necessary details are confirmed, we will then begin manufacturing. Specifically, there are majorly three steps involved:

First, drill a hole/opposite holes on a stainless steel ball.

A stainless steel hollow sphere will be drilled for plating.

Second, plating inside a processing tank.

Inside the tank, there will be one single color or multiple and mixed colors inside. The ball will be hung inside the tank through strings or hooks until the end of plating

Third, dry.

The ball will be perfectly plated in black after dried. Please note that even though a plated stainless steel sphere is less likely to rust, it should still be treated carefully in case of dent or scratch etc.
