SHIPPING
Modes of Shippment
Ground, Ship and Air
Ground:
Land or "ground" shipping can be by train or by truck. Ground transport is typically more affordable than air, but more expensive than sea especially in developing countries like India, where inland infrastructure is not efficient.
Shipment of cargo by trucks, directly from the shipper's place to the destination, is known as a door to door shipment and more formally as multimodal transport. Trucks and trains make deliveries to sea and air ports where cargo is moved in bulk.
Ship:
Much shipping is done aboard by actual ships. On rivers and canals, barges are often used to carry bulk cargo.
Air:
Cargo was transported by air in specialized cargo aircraft and in the luggage compartments of passenger aircraft. Air freight is typically the fastest mode for long distance freight transport, but also the most expensive.

Grade 304 is the standard "18/8" stainless; it is the most versatile and most widely used stainless steel, available in a wider range of products, forms and finishes than any other. It has excellent forming and welding characteristics. The balanced austenitic structure of Grade 304 enables it to be severely deep drawn without intermediate annealing, which has made this grade dominant in the manufacture of drawn stainless parts such as sinks, hollow-ware and saucepans.
Corrosion Resistance
Excellent in a wide range of atmospheric environments and many corrosive media. Subject to pitting and crevice corrosion in warm chloride environments, and to stress corrosion cracking above about 60°C. Considered resistant to potable water with up to about 200mg/L chlorides at ambient temperatures, reducing to about 150mg/L at 60°C.
Heat Resistance
Good oxidation resistance in intermittent service to 870°C and in continuous service to 925°C. Continuous use of 304 in the 425-860°C range is not recommended if subsequent aqueous corrosion resistance is important. Grade 304L is more resistant to carbide precipitation and can be heated into the above temperature range.
Heat Treatment
Solution Treatment (Annealing) - Heat to 1010-1120°C and cool rapidly. These grades cannot be hardened by thermal treatment.
Welding
Excellent weldability by all standard fusion methods, both with and without filler metals. AS 1554.6 pre-qualifies welding of 304 with Grade 308 and 304L with 308L rods or electrodes (and with their high silicon equivalents). Heavy welded sections in Grade 304 may require post-weld annealing for maximum corrosion resistance. This is not required for Grade 304L. Grade 321 may also be used as an alternative to 304 if heavy section welding is required and post-weld heat treatment is not possible.
Machining
A "Ugima" improved machinability version of grade 304 is available in bar products. "Ugima" machines significantly better than standard 304 or 304L, giving higher machining rates and lower tool wear in many operations.
Dual Certification
It is common for 304 and 304L to be stocked in "Dual Certified" form, particularly in plate and pipe. These items have chemical and mechanical properties complying with both 304 and 304L specifications. Such dual certified product does not meet 304H specifications and may be unacceptable for high temperature applications.
SS Sculpture
Step 1: Modeling
By utilizing blueprints or 3D drawings provided by our clients, we initiate the whole design by first using foam, fiber glass or clay as mold for the following procedures, depending on the size, shape, materials and so on.
Step 2: Engineering and Preparing Stainless Steel Sheet
High quality stainless steel is applied in the construction procedure, where we usually use standard AISI/SS 304 Stainless Steel due to its comparatively high cost-effectiveness and practicability among 201 and Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel Sheet, or specific materials mandated by our clients, say fiber glass or 316. Quality stainless steel is crucial to the whole project, and thus we will choose suitable materials with caution.
After the preparatory process, we will cut the chosen materials into pieces and then bend and shape them according to the mold with the help of certain tools and appliances, such as hammers and plasma cutter. During the process, every pieces of them will posses the rough shape and curve as per the presented design.
Step 3: Rebar within the Sculpture
It is critical to ensure the security of the design. Therefore, rebar or armature is going to made accordingly to fit into the sculpture or to be placed outside the sculpture so that it could within wind, snow, rain etc. It is usually made of steel.
Step 4: Further Enhancing
This is the procedure where we are going to attain the exact replica of the design. Since the pieces of stainless steel sheet have been already entitled with the approximate outlook, they are going to be further re-modified, enhanced and honed to perfection.
Step 5: Polishing
By using several tools and materials, the surface of the sculpture is mirror-polished to flawlessness.
Step 6: Packing
Specifically-tailored wooden box will keep the sculpture safe and intact during transport.
