Step 1: Modeling
By utilizing blueprints or 3D drawings provided by our clients, we initiate the whole design by first using foam, fiber glass or clay as mold for the following procedures, depending on the size, shape, materials and so on.
Step 2: Engineering and Preparing Stainless Steel Sheet
High quality stainless steel is applied in the construction procedure, where we usually use standard AISI/SS 304 Stainless Steel due to its comparatively high cost-effectiveness and practicability among 201 and Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel Sheet, or specific materials mandated by our clients, say fiber glass or 316. Quality stainless steel is crucial to the whole project, and thus we will choose suitable materials with caution.
After the preparatory process, we will cut the chosen materials into pieces and then bend and shape them according to the mold with the help of certain tools and appliances, such as hammers and plasma cutter. During the process, every pieces of them will posses the rough shape and curve as per the presented design.
Step 3: Rebar within the Sculpture
It is critical to ensure the security of the design. Therefore, rebar or armature is going to made accordingly to fit into the sculpture or to be placed outside the sculpture so that it could within wind, snow, rain etc. It is usually made of steel.
Step 4: Further Enhancing and Polishing
This is the procedure where we are going to attain the exact replica of the design. Since the pieces of stainless steel sheet have been already entitled with the approximate outlook, they are going to be further re-modified, enhanced and honed to perfection.By using several tools and materials, the surface of the sculpture is mirror-polished to flawlessness.
Step 5: Packing
Specifically-tailored wooden box will keep the sculpture safe and intact during transport.
How to fabricate a stainless steel sculpture
In the beginning, our clients will make inquiry and provide their idea and expectation for the stainless steel sculptures. They could either ask for pre-existing sculptures we have fabricated before or present their own model or drawings, in which way, we will follow and accomplish accordingly.
As an indispensable part of the whole fabrication, standard procedures in molding include first receiving information or drawings from our clients, retrospection on the sculpture in question with our professional personnel regarding practicability and aesthetics, exchanging feedback and consistently communicating with clients on progress. For intricate sculptures, we will first make the mold and will not proceed any further without exact confirmation from our clients to do so.
Cutting, welding, shaping, polishing and final polishing are among the whole and final fabrication, where an actual sculpture will reveal itself gradually in front of our eyes. In this string of process, making a new mold is essential and crucial. And thus, we will reexamine the mold by checkup from our clients first, and then we will proceed with it after confirmation from them. Certain amount of quality stainless steel will be applied and put into good use. Meanwhile, polishing is one of our expertise that never fails anticipation from our clients.
Standard wooden box will be applied for the safety of the sculpture. Wooden box will be customized and equipped with pallet if needed. Sculptures will be placed inside securely and intact during delivery.

SHIPPING
Modes of Shippment
Ground, Ship and Air
Ground:
Land or "ground" shipping can be by train or by truck. Ground transport is typically more affordable than air, but more expensive than sea especially in developing countries like India, where inland infrastructure is not efficient.
Shipment of cargo by trucks, directly from the shipper's place to the destination, is known as a door to door shipment and more formally as multimodal transport. Trucks and trains make deliveries to sea and air ports where cargo is moved in bulk.
Ship:
Much shipping is done aboard by actual ships. On rivers and canals, barges are often used to carry bulk cargo.
Air:
Cargo was transported by air in specialized cargo aircraft and in the luggage compartments of passenger aircraft. Air freight is typically the fastest mode for long distance freight transport, but also the most expensive.
