High strength, excellent corrosion resistance and excellent formability make AISI 304. Stainless Steels are both useful for many applications. Typical uses include architectural moldings and trim, kitchen equipment, as well as chemical, textile, paper, pharmaceutical and chemical industry processing equipment, or in this case, a ideal material of outdoor stainless steel sculptures.
In terms of Design:
For years, we have had a wide range of sculptures of our own, according to different themes. At present, our customers across the globe are often inclined to their own sparkling innovative works that we will sometimes collaborate or improve together where needed. Sculptures as such are usually applied in the field of indoor and outdoor decoration as supplementary or further attraction.
And thus, we intend to bring original and creative designs into real life. Any written materials or invisible ideas could do great help in facilitating and accelerating the entire process.
For a sculpture as below, there are few procedures necessary:
Confirm design pattern
Prepare steel sheets
Welding and Cutting
Polishing
Refining, Plating or Painting
