Q:Is a deposit required?
A:It depends on the price of the purchase. If it is over 10,000 o, then a deposit of 50% of the total sum is required in advance, and the rest could be paid before the products are finished.
Q:What is the weight?
A:It depends on the subject products. If it is a standard size sphere, then it would be easy for us to give you an estimate weight regardless of the error or deviation. If it is a customized product, all designs vary according to intricacy and negative/positive space, and if framing is necessary.
Q: What is your delivery process?
A:Local deliveries are notified before dispatch to confirm a suitable delivery time slot. Rural, interstate & international deliveries are dispatched using express or sea transportation as per our client’s request .
Q: Is there any maintenance required?
A:304 steel is enduring indoors and should be kept from water. 316 is the best steel on the market with overwhelming capability against water-erosion. Long term exposure to the elements and environment will cause changes and a continuation of the rusting process. If this is not desired, we recommend a small degree of maintenance.

Type 304 Stainless Steel is a variation of the base 18-8 grade, with a higher chromium and lower carbon content. The lower carbon content minimizes chromium carbide precipitation due to welding and its susceptibility to intergranular corrosion. In some instances Type 304 can be used in the "as-welded" condition. Type 304L is an extra low-carbon variation of Type 304 with a 0.03% maximum carbon content that eliminates carbide precipitation due to welding. As a result, this alloy can be used in the "as welded" condition, even in severe corrosive conditions. In many cases it eliminates the necessity of annealing weldments except for applications specifying stress relief. Type 304L has slightly lower mechanical properties than Type 304. High strength, excellent corrosion resistance and excellent formability make Types 304 and 304L Stainless Steels useful for many applications. Typical uses include architectural moldings and trim, kitchen equipment, as well as chemical, textile, paper, pharmaceutical and chemical industry processing equipment.For severely corrosive environments or when welding is required, Type 304L is preferred because of its greater immunity to intergranular corrosion
Aluminum balls are mainly used in the stud welding industry in place of fasteners for construction, industrial and automotive applications. Our harder Aluminum balls made from 1100-H16 material are used in aircraft and automotive applications where durability and weight are factors. Other tempers of 2017 Aluminum can be supplied, from T0 to T6. Other alloys of Aluminum available upon request. Aluminum balls are corrosion resistant and light in weight.
