Step 1: Model

Step 2: Engineering and Preparing Stainless Steel Sheet
High quality stainless steel is applied in the construction procedure, where we usually use standard AISI/SS 304 Stainless Steel due to its comparatively high cost-effectiveness and practicability among 201 and Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel Sheet, or specific materials mandated by our clients, say fiber glass or 316. After the preparatory process, we will cut the chosen materials into pieces and then bend and shape them according to the mold with the help of certain tools and appliances, such as hammers and plasma cutter.
