How to fabricate a stainless steel sculpture?

1. Preparation

In the beginning, customers will decide details for stainless steel sculptures. They could either ask for old sculptures we have fabricated before or present their ideas into making a new one, and we will deliver.

2. Molding

As a critical part in maufacturing, molding includes first receiving and confirming details or drawings from our clients. Then we will study the details and drawings thoroughly with professionals regarding practicability and accessibility, and will report to and communicate with customers if there is any change to the previous plan.

3. Fabrication

Cutting, shaping, welding and polishing are necessary in making an appropriate and accurate sculpture, where it will reveal itself gradually after processes. Making a new mold is essential and crucial. And thus, we will reexamine the mold after inspection from our clients first, and then we will resume production after customer approval. Certain amount of quality stainless steel will be applied and put into good use. These sculptures will be handled carefully and beautifully.

4. Packing

Judging from the size of sculptures, they will be placed in new and customized wooden box with pallet. They will thus remain safe and intact during delivery.
